How to practice self love

Hi, on my last post I stopped my explanation on the word ''PRACTICE'''. So, what the hell does that mean? 
Our brain is a very complex body part, which is wired to function in a way we set it to. So,  our day to day life is almost the same because there are a certain things that are repetitive, if you have school, classes are present in almost everyday, if you have work you have to go to the office or work from home the list goes on...

So whenever we start the day our mind knows these things because it is used to it, it has practiced it through repetition. 
Same goes for Self-love, independence, open-mindedness and discipline.
I will explain all my points but on this post I will explain about how to practice self love.

EVERYTHING STARTS IN OUR THOUGHTS!

Life is not a competition you might look around and feel like everyone is doing better except you. You feel like you're behind, all those feelings you get. But what most people don't understand is there's not a single person in this world that is not struggling in their own was. Everyone's struggle is different but there is always something.  That is the number one thing you should keep in mind. Everyone has their struggles and this is yours, whatever it might be.

The second is understanding yourself in a deeper level, what you like and don't like, what your goals are, what you want to become, what do you want out of life, every little question and confusion you have in your head, it is about understanding that. Write it if you have to but figure it out. Figure out the thing that makes you YOU! It does not mean you need to find the answers right away, things are not as easy as they are said, action is harder to accomplish than actually thinking and saying it. And THAT'S OK!

The third thing after understanding yourself is working on them.What is your strong side and your weak(not pleasant) side. Work on it! Keep doing more on your strong side improve it everyday also same for your negative side improve it make it better.

All this do not come in one day, it takes PRACTICE, everything does in fact. So practice, take a small step everyday, then after a while your brain will become accustomed to it just like going to school or the office. So, when ever you're not loving yourself and not valuing yourself enough your brain will fight you in it,  it will tell you this is not suppose to happen. Because it is used to good. Same if your always down and negative about yourself your brain will get used to that and when good comes it won't know what it is. So, don't get used to self doubt and negativity. Practice the good. If you are able to practice the bad, why not be able to practice the good ?

With self-love comes self-respect, self-esteem, respecting others and loving others. So, everything starts with you. If you want a better relationship with others you first need to have a better relationship with yourself, but most importantly you should learn how to love yourself. Practice it everyday.
